It is the park's main store and the largest one, where you will find more than 3,000 items to comfortably enjoy the attractions and wonders that the park offers, such as collections of aquatic clothing, footwear for activities, and planet friendly sunscreen and repellents.

Palalo'o means child and it was named in honor of the children of the world. Store exclusively for children with a variety of items including clothing for different ages, toys and stuffed animals.

Esalem is the only store at Xel-Há park where you can buy exclusive spa products such as soaps, essential oils, and everything for body care.

Kaanab means sea, and it was named in honor of the Caribbean Sea. Casual clothing store, beach, guayaberas, blanket, linen and footwear.

Xel-Há has 14 points of sale around the park, offering items such as clothing, footwear for activities, crafts, stuffed animals, and souvenirs, among others.
